Alternative Dispute Resolution
Legal disputes should not have to be costly and take years to resolve. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is an efficient method for achieving a fair and timely conclusion to a legal matter.
ADR refers to any means of settling disputes outside the courtroom. As costs of litigation and time delays continue to plague litigants, more courts and attorneys have begun to use ADR.
Our ADR Team includes attorneys who have been trained professionally and have served as arbitrators and mediators in hundreds of cases for the state and federal court systems - as well as for attorneys who have privately retained their services. Each member of our ADR team is fully credentialed, highly experienced, and widely recognized in the profession.
Our team members have multiple decades of combined experience in the areas of general litigation, employment law, medical malpractice, lemon law, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, product liability, and appeals. They have served as mediators in all of these areas of law since the early 1990s.
